About the Session

Being a Beginning Teacher can be a challenge at the best of times, but even more difficult during a pandemic. While the year may be ending in anything but normal circumstances, there are highlights to be found, and hope to be had.

Come and join us for a discussion about ways that beginning teachers are navigating the end of this school year from assessment to applying for jobs, and saying goodbye to students while planning for the year ahead and what it might entail. Join Cheryl as she facilitates a panel of beginning teachers from across the province of Alberta who are adapting and adjusting to teaching in our current educational landscape.
