In this session, participants will gain an understanding of the foundational concepts of #DisruptTexts and spend time digging deeply into centering the voices of the marginalized in our curriculum. We will take on questions such as: What is wrong with the canon? What is missing? How do we include those missing voices meaningfully? Lorena will guide participants to self-reflect and make plans for thoughtful and effective change.
This learning opportunity is being offered through a grant from Alberta Education.
