About the Session

A series of four sessions offered live in the school day and rebroadcast with a host that same day after school.  This series of sessions is designed for students leaders and their teacher mentors or coaches.  The intent of the sessions is to provide support and an opportunity to explore some of the challenges of leadership at the personal, group/team/club and school levels.

Each session will involve presentations, challenges and invitations for action to be undertaken prior to the next session. Following the first session, each subsequent session will include a sharing component before moving to the topic(s) for that day.  Technology will be leveraged to support sharing, collaborating between participants during and between sessions.

Student leaders and mentors will have input into the topics of the final two sessions in the series. The regional planning committee anticipates that participating schools would release their students from class to gather as a group and participate in the live sessions as much as possible. The rebroadcast will be hosted that same day for those unable to attend live.
